Day 3-- On our way to Hawaii I had told Caleb about the yellow train at the Dole Plantation. He was so excited and insisted that we do it soon. You know how much he loves trains. We went there and had a wonderful time. It was fun to see his eyes light up when he saw it.

Izzy loves trains too. I think she was just as excited about the train as Caleb was.

Of course, you can't leave the Dole Plantation without one of their world-famous pineapple sorbets. I had been looking forward to that and I enjoyed every minute of it!
